1. Create new documents and settings
Step 1
Press Cmd/Ctrl+N to create a new document. Set the units to pixels and the size to 800 x 600px. In the advanced options, set the color mode to RGB and the resolution to 72 ppi.
In the preferences (Cmd/Ctrl+K), enter 1px for Keyboard Increment. Click OK.

Step 1
