Operation steps:

Part. 1. Open the PS and drag the material. Ctrl+j Copy a layer.

Part. 2. [Adjust Layer – Decolorize]pictureRemove the color.

Part 3. On the copy layer, [Execute Image — Adjust — Invert].

Part 4. ExecutionFilter–Other — minimum value, as follows, radius 2.

Part. 5. Finally, change the layer mode to — color fade. The effect is as follows.
