Operation steps:
1. [Open] PS, [Import] material, [Ctrl+J] copy layer【Filter】-[Camera Raw] filter, adjust [Basic] panel parameters, and the specific parameter effect is shown in the figure.
2. [Filter] – [Liquefaction], adjust the liquefaction of the characters, as shown in the figure.
3. Use [Stamp Copying Tool] and [Alt] to sample, with opacity of 50%, and smear, as shown in the figure.
4. Use [Rectangle Marquee Tool] to pull out the rectangle marquee, [Ctrl+J] to copy the layer, [Ctrl+T] to flip horizontally, adjust [Position], press [Alt+Click Mask] to create a cutting mask, and use [Brush Tool] and a white brush to smear the lips, as shown in the figure.
