Step 1: Select the ellipse tool to first open the material in Photoshop
Select the ellipse tool in the tool face. It will be introduced later that the elliptical tool is the basic tool in the production process of most rainbow beautiful pupil effects. Usually the ellipse tool will be hidden in the rectangle tool. Right click (Win) or press Control to click (Mac) the rectangle tool
Step 2: Set the tool mode to shape. After selecting the elliptical tool, click the tool mode button in the tool option bar. You can select the shape, path and pixel mode in the pop-up menu. Here we choose the shape mode, so that you can draw a vector shape.
Step 3: Set the fill type to gradient Next, set the fill type of the ellipse tool. In the tool options bar, click the Fill button.
In the fill type setting panel, you can see four buttons. Each button represents a different fill type. From left to right, they are colorless, solid color, gradient, and for our operations, we need to fill the shape with gradient color, so click the gradient button.
Step 4: Select the rainbow gradient. Click to select the fill type as gradient. In the fill type setting panel, scroll to select the sample style, find the rainbow gradient, and select it. If Photoshop tooltips have been enabled (default), when the mouse hovers over
Step 5: Set the gradient mode to angle. After setting the rainbow gradient style, set the default linear mode to angle mode in the gradient mode button below. After setting, press Enter to close the dialog box.
Step 6: Draw the first eye under the ellipse on the first eye. Select one eye, next
Hold the mouse down, and then drag outward in one direction. While dragging, press Shift and Alt (Win) or Option (Mac). Press Shift to lock the ellipse scale to form a circle; Press Alt (Win) or Option (Mac) to lock the center of the circle where you just clicked. Drag to form a circle until the shape covers the whole eyeball (that is, the colored part). If the shape exceeds the whites or eyelids, it will be adjusted later. Now just make sure that the circle has covered the entire contour.
If you are sure you are almost ready to paint, release the mouse button and Shift, Alt (Win) or Option (Mac). If you do not release all of them, you will lose the painting effect. When you release the button, Photoshop will form a circle and fill it with rainbow colors.
Adjust the gradient effect of the left eye Step 7: Set the shape Photoshop will automatically generate a new shape after painting
In this way, the gradient filling effect will be covered on the eye red film, and the gradient filling will be set
After setting the rainbow color for the eyes, don’t worry too much about the color beyond the red film, and the extra color will be removed later.
