The specific manufacturing steps are described below.

1. Open Photoshop CS3, press the shortcut key Ctrl N to open the “New” dialog box, select a new document configuration file named “Web” on the right side of the “Preset”, and select 800 * 600 in the “Size” list, with the resolution set to 72 pixels/inch, the color mode set to “RGB”, and the background content set to “white”, as shown in Figure 1. After setting, click OK to create a new blank document.

2. Confirm that the foreground color is black and the background color is white, then select the menu command “Filter” | “Rendering” | “Cloud”, and apply the cloud filter to get the cloud effect as shown in Figure 2.

3. Select Filter | Art Effect|“Tinting“Knife” menu command, open the “color mixing knife” dialog box, set “Stroke size” to 41, “Stroke detail” to 3, and “Softness” to 0, as shown in Figure 3. After setting, click OK to get the effect shown in Figure 4.

4. Select the menu command “Filter” | “Artistic Effect” | “Rough Crayon”, open the “Rough Crayon” dialog box, and set “Stroke Length” to 2, “Stroke Detail” to 7, “Texture” to “Canvas”, “Scale” to 100%, “Bulge” to 20, and “Lighting” to “Down”. Do not select the “Inverted” check box, as shown in Figure 5.

After setting, click OK to get the effect shown in Figure 6.

5. Select the menu command “Filter” | “Stylization” | “Illuminated Edge” to open the “Illuminated Edge” dialog box, and set the “Edge Width” to 1, the “Edge Brightness” to 11, and the “Smoothness” to 10, as shown in Figure 7.

After setting, click OK to get the effect shown in Figure 8.

6. Select the menu command “Filter” | “Twist” | “Spread Light”, open the dialog box “Spread Light”, and set the “Granularity” to 0, the “Luminous Amount” to 14, and the “Clear Amount” to 6, as shown in Figure 9.

7. Select the menu command “Filter” | “Art Effects” | “Plastic Packaging”, open the “Plastic Packaging” dialog box, and set the “Highlight Intensity” to 6, “Detail” to 1, and “Smoothness” to 6, as shown in Figure 11.

8. Click the “Create New Fill or Adjust Layer” button under the “Layer” panel, and then click the “Color Balance” command in the pop-up menu to open the “Color Balance” dialog box, and set according to the values listed below.

Highlights: 85 100 – 100
