Operation steps:

Part. 1. Open the PS, drag in the starry sky material, and ctrl+J copy a layer.

Part 2. [Implementation–Filter–Twist — Rotate Twist], with an angle of 700.

Part. 3. [Execute – 3D – Create grid from layer – Depth mapping to plane].
